Return & Exchange Policy (Grinta)
At Grinta, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
1) Return & Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

2) Item Condition (Required)
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
✅ In the same condition you received it
✅ Unworn / unused
✅ With tags still attached
✅ In its original packaging
⚠️ If the jersey tag has been removed, or the item is not returned in its original condition, we will not accept any return or exchange.
3) Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are paid by the customer in case of return or exchange.

Any exchange order will require paying the delivery cost.
4) Customized Items (Badges / Name / Number)
Items with any customization or additions such as:

Badges / patches
-
Name printing
-
Number printing
✅ Exchange is allowed only
❌ No returns / no refunds for customized items.
⚠️ Please note: Customization fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your exchange credit.
Example:
If you paid 800 EGP in total, including:

Jersey price: 700 EGP
-
Badge/customization: 100 EGP
Your exchange credit will be:
✅ 700 EGP
So if you choose a new jersey priced at 800 EGP, you will need to pay the difference:
800 – 700 = 100 EGP
Delivery fees apply.
5) Damages & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours so we can solve the issue.
6) Refunds (If Return is Approved)
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return conditions.
⏳ Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive the item.
We will contact you to confirm the best refund method that suits you.
