At Grinta, we deliver to all governorates in Egypt.

1) Order Confirmation & Processing

All orders are processed after confirmation.
We may contact you to confirm your order details before shipping.

2) Delivery Time

Delivery time starts from the moment your order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

• Cairo ,Giza, Canal & Delta Governorates : Delivery within 48 hours (maximum).

• Other governorates: Delivery within 2 to 5 business days.

📌 Friday is off, and delivery may be delayed during official holidays or high-demand periods.

3) Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Egypt.

4) Shipping Updates

We will provide delivery updates and support until your order is delivered.

5) Incorrect Address / Unreachable Customer

Please make sure your phone number and shipping address are correct.
If the courier cannot reach you or the address details are incorrect, delivery may be delayed.
